Addiction

Addiction is a mental disorder which is characterized by excessive passion directed at certain action or substance which suggests harm. Carl Jung once said that any possible form or type of addiction is bad – no matter what is implied – drugs, alcohol or idealism.

Some people are addicted to drugs. This is not only bad, this is totally horrible. Because if drug addicts don't pull themselves together, the process they get themselves involved in can be easily called killing yourself not too softly.

Others are addicted to drinking alcohol. This type of addiction implies death which is slower than the previous type. Before a person who abuses alcohol actually reaches the fatally lethal outcome he/she collects millions of presents given to him/her by alcoholism.

One of the most serious modern types of addictions is internet addiction. Its symptoms are all revealed when you look at a person who is addicted to internet. He/she sits in front of his/her computer screen in his/her not too shiny fresh and new underwear, chats, cams, views, signs up, signs in, logs out and reloads, or just surfs without paying attention to what is happening around him/her. He/she even eats in front of computer – when acutely feels hunger which prevents him/her from joyfully indulging in his/her internet addiction. Make sure your appearance is different from what we've just described...

Mental News

When a person has a personality disorder, this usually signifies the fact that his/her mental development once went in the wrong direction and continues doing so if compared with people with more stable (positive) personality traits.

Main types of anxiety disorders are phobias, separation anxiety, panic attacks etc. As for phobias, they deal with certain object or process or substance – anything that you strongestly avoid approaching or dealing with. Separation anxiety is characterized by someone’s excessive fear of parting with one’s home or someone he/she is very (physically) close to.

Colleagues at work talk bad things about me. I see them gather in groups and whisper some rubbish about my ‘shaky’ mental condition. And then Rachel, sales manager, approaches you and looks as if she wants to kill you. ‘You are on my death list’ she tells you using her lips only – for others to think she approached you to discuss issues connected with your common project.

Our website will tell you everything about mental/emotional disorders, their causes and symptoms. Being well-educated on the issue is fine mental abnormalities prevention.
